A Couch Potato Goes All-In on the Entertainment Industry

If you could take an in-volution System back ten years, what would you do? Shen Ningyan: Obviously, buy lottery tickets, invest, and try to retire before I turn thirty. System: Exactly... No, that's completely wrong. Why would you invest? Shouldn't you enter the entertainment industry and rise from a D-list actress to a Best Actress winner? Shen Ningyan: That sounds way too hard. If there's a shortcut, why would I struggle down a thorny path? Besides, isn't making money all about enjoying life after you retire? System: But I'm an in-volution System. If you don't compete with your peers in entertainment, how am I supposed to finish my missions? Shen Ningyan: System, your vision is too narrow. How far can you get by competing with your peers? If you're going to compete, compete with the entire industry. And so, the first company that wouldn't ruin IPs, chase traffic, or make reskinned games, that had no sponsors pulling strings on its talent shows, required real-name verification, and held online voting was born. Years later, after becoming the "number one exporter of culture," Shen Ningyan finally realized that she was the real clown. There was no such thing as a shortcut in this world. Even at thirty, she still couldn't retire. (A heads-up: It will definitely be 1v1 in the end, but Sister Shen will have ex-boyfriends and will meet scumbags. She won't get back together with an ex. Except for the scumbags, all her exes and current love interests are younger than her, so skip this if you can't accept an older woman-younger man romance. The female lead may not be a virgin, and the male lead may not be one either. Sister Shen's focus is making money, making money, making money. You can't expect a female CEO who runs an entertainment company to still be a virgin at the end of the story.) Entering VIP status on December 2. Ten thousand words that day. Theme: Work hard and start a business from scratch.
