The Magical Boy and the Heavenly Master Are Definitely in Love

Ji Lingfeng had loved the occult since childhood. He yearned to study under a master at Chunyang and learn to commune with spirits and catch ghosts. When he grew up, his dream did come true, but not quite in the way he had imagined.

As the sole heir to a family of mages, Ji Lingfeng was to inherit the legacies of the three great Western magical families and become a magical boy.

His dream of studying the occult shattered, Ji Lingfeng could only go abroad and accept it all.

When Ji Lingfeng was little, a boy named Horst lived across the street from him.

The kind of kid everyone else's parents bragged about, Horst was taller, more handsome, and better at school than Ji Lingfeng.

After his mother compared them for the 108th time, Ji Lingfeng came to regard Horst as his sworn enemy.

When he returned after completing his studies, Ji Lingfeng had planned to use magic to prank Horst.

But then he remembered Horst was a poor powerless thing, and thought better of it.

That is, until one day, when a wanted vampire escaped and Ji Lingfeng went to help catch him.

He had just arrived when he saw Horst tap a talisman with his longsword. The third-generation vampire, whom several special organizations had failed to catch, was struck down by Horst on the spot.

Ji Lingfeng stood there, speechless for a long time.

A sworn enemy really was still a sworn enemy. There was no way they could become friends.
