Radiant

After her grandmother passed away, the neighbors in town said Yu An'an was born under an unlucky star.

Yu An'an thought she might be destined to spend her whole life alone.

Until one day, a tall woman, bundled up from head to toe, appeared at her door and said she was taking her away.

When Yu An'an saw the woman's familiar, beautiful face, she finally knew that the wonderful memories from her childhood hadn't just been fantasies born of loneliness.

This beautiful, alluring woman

was a friend of her late mother,

was a dazzling sun,

and after many years, had risen in Yu An'an's world once again.

But this time, Yu An'an was overcome by greed, and wanted to make that blazing sun hers alone.

Huo Xiran rarely spoke to others of the madness of her youth.

Out in the world, she was a dignified, composed scholar and professor.

In the Huo family, she was a capable and filial heir.

Besides, she felt indebted to Yu An'an's mother.

So she all the more tried to act like a steady, reliable elder in front of Yu An'an.

But even so, she couldn't stop love and desire from quietly taking root.

The more she restrained herself, the more crazed she became.
