As the famously virtuous empress of history,
my greatest mistake in this life
wasn’t dying too young,
but giving birth to that rebellious son, Xianfeng.
I’d be better off raising a dog than a son.
At long last, I got a chance to be reborn,
but the timing was all wrong.
Oh well, he’s already born.
I can’t exactly strangle him, can I?
I’ll just have to reform him properly
and make sure he becomes a pillar of the nation as soon as possible.
