Mecha Prodigy [Reborn]

Meng Xi was once the Empire's brightest star, the greatest mecha prodigy in human history.

She was invincible on the battlefield and always believed she would die fighting.

She would spill her blood on the battlefield, her body wrapped in her armor.

That was a warrior's romantic ideal.

Unfortunately, Meng Xi died in an internal military coup within the Empire.

When she opened her eyes again, she had returned to the age of five, just in time to take the mecha academy entrance test.

On the first day of school, the logistics teacher took a group of little kids to visit the mecha academy next door.

The mecha teacher stood imposingly before a group of genius little kids in the mecha program, explaining the basics.

"Anyone who can pilot a mecha can be called a genius. If your compatibility with a mecha reaches 60%, you're one in a hundred million. Don't think just anyone can pilot a mecha. Pay attention!"

Then the mecha teacher picked a little kid from the logistics group.

The little kid had two tiny pigtails and round eyes, and looked like an absolute angel.

Five-year-old Meng Xi was pushed into a training mecha designed for young children, as an example of someone with no mecha compatibility.

"Testing compatibility..."

"Compatibility test complete."

"Mecha compatibility: 100%. Able to pilot a mecha."
