Even Nonhumans Have to Pay Rent! [Infinite]

On a graduation trip, students at a beautiful mountain villa get caught up in a terrifying incident. Bloody handprints in the bathroom, students disappearing and dying one by one, a ghost-haunted midnight... And all kinds of bizarre rules. [After eleven at night, don't use the bathroom. If you absolutely must, avoid the second stall.] [Be polite. Say thank you when you get food. If you happen to find a red bone in your meal, quietly put it in someone else's bowl.] [If someone calls your name while you're asleep, don't answer...] The villa is gripped by panic, and everyone fears for their own life. Then, a few days later, a new guest arrives. She comes rumbling up in a beat-up three-wheeled vehicle, dressed in a plain tank top and shorts, wearing flip-flops. Everyone thinks: Another fool rushing to her death. But after she appears, a new rule suddenly shows up in the villa. [All tenants must pay rent, whether human or nonhuman!!!] * My name is Ling Yi. Yi, as in billionaire. After my parents passed away, they left me a letter. It said our family owned a lot of properties, scattered around the world, in all kinds of worlds. I almost fainted from the joy of suddenly becoming a rich woman. Couldn't I just collect rent and lie flat at home? The letter also said those tenants were disobedient, troublesome, and vicious, and I had to go collect the rent in person. No problem. After all, I'm the landlord, and the landlord calls the shots. If anyone doesn't pay, I'll kick them out. But wait... All kinds of worlds? And why didn't anyone tell me that those tenants... aren't even human?! But On my property, everyone follows my rules. Even nonhumans have to pay their rent. No person or ghost can stop me from becoming a billionaire. * Tentative instances: "The Isolated Country Villa" "The Amusement Park That Closed After Repeated Hauntings" "..."
