Nong Nong has been in the same class as Fang Jinyu since elementary school. They aren't close, and now they're contract spouses, bound by a solid marriage alliance between their families.
As the Fang family's CEO, Fang Jinyu is surrounded by women with crushes on him. Any one of them could cause trouble. But they just got married, so divorce is out of the question. A year or two later, Fang Jinyu is photographed coming and going from a hotel overseas with a young star. He doesn't leave all night, but the story gets suppressed before it can spread.
Fang Jinyu was photographed during an urgent business trip and doesn't know about it. When his mother calls to ask him about it, he suddenly gets a bad feeling. He immediately has someone investigate what Nong Nong has been up to lately, but then she calls him first.
“Why are you investigating me? You can't even hide your little tricks. My dad already asked me about it. I was at a hotel yesterday with that singer who's all the rage right now. Help me cover it up. Just say he's your friend and came to look after me.”
Fang Jinyu's face falls. He has not cheated with his own friend.
