The Emperor of the Insect Race

[I'll revise the synopsis before I start posting.] Everyone says ladybugs are a lucky species. But two-year-old Qixing was the exception. His male parent ran off with someone else, and his female parent died in battle. The Zerg Male Association struggled to raise the little one until he was two, just in time to send him to school. Then the newly enthroned emperor, who had just seized the throne, chose a male Zergling from a collateral branch of the royal family to be his future husband. Unfortunately, little Qixing was the unlucky one. * The only female Zerg emperor in Zerg history. His female parent died when he was young. His male parent passed away after he came of age. His siblings turned against him, and his family fortune was stolen. Step by step, he clawed his way up from the bottom of society. The military, the political establishment, the Council of Elders, the gene bank, the Zerg Male Association... Everyone bowed before him. His sword cut down his enemies, their blood spattering his face. From this day on, he was the sole ruler of the Zerg, the only member of the imperial family. To silence the old scholars and legitimize his rule, the emperor chose a fiance. A helpless two-year-old, with no connections, no background, and no idea how the world worked. "So you're going to be my female consort from now on?" "Mm." 1. The emperor and the child are not a couple. 2. The early chapters focus on raising the child, while the later chapters focus on romance. 3. There will be some melodrama, so proceed with caution. Theme: Power and love
