[Bungo Stray Dogs] Miss Mori Only Wants to Raise Kids

I've been practicing medicine without a license in the Bowl of the Octopus for ages, and now I've hit a major stumbling block in life.

I'm an utterly ordinary underground doctor, and somehow I've become the boss of the Port Mafia. But all I want is to raise kids, not run a business.

Besides, I think a criminal organization like the Mafia is bad for children's mental health.

I'm not an irresponsible person, so I decided to find a successor before quitting. But they offered me way too much money.

Thinking of the kids who are still in school, I immediately decided to work for the Mafia behind their backs so I could give them a better life. It's just a part-time job!

I've always kept my part-time work perfectly separate from my personal life. I have my former defeated rival, Diavolo, to thank for teaching me how.

Then one day, I ran into the kids I was raising in the boss's office. Oh no, where's the time machine!

* First-person narration

* Some people are healed by their childhood; others spend their whole lives healing from it.

* Of course the characters are out of character. I know, but I'm not changing it.

* Mori Mari is Mori Ogai gender-swapped. Why use his daughter's name? Obviously because I'm bad at naming characters.

* A feel-good power fantasy. The female protagonist is at the top of the strength rankings.

* Just enjoy the ride.

Theme: Everyone deserves a happy childhood.
