A new life should start with going back to school!
Likewise:
A new romance should start with being pushed by your ex into attending adult school!
Take note: This ex is actually the school's new teaching assistant. This is ridiculous... Won't he feel awkward seeing my face at school?!
Spoti (calmly tears up the draft and immediately calls the person who submitted the second draft): Give it up. There won't be a new romance.
Reader advisory (things to watch out for):
· The protagonist is an original character, exceptionally good-looking and irresistible to men, women, and even Pokemon. They claim to be single, but have a romantic history and are currently in an unacknowledged one-sided crush.
· This is not a self-insert romance! The love interest is also an original character, and neither character has a counterpart in the Pokemon games.
· First-person narration, set in the Scarlet and Violet games, with lots of original worldbuilding. Out-of-character moments are inevitable.
· The author is bad with words, brainless, and has chronic typing problems. Updates are planned weekly, at 3 p.m. every Sunday, but only if I can keep up with the story next door. If I can't write fast enough, forget about the weekly schedule (stares at the sky.jpg).
About the previous work:
Strictly speaking, this is a sequel to the story next door, [Pokemon Sword and Shield] I Can't Believe This League's Nonsense! You can read it as the second installment. I'll do my best to make this story accessible to new readers who haven't read the first one... if I can manage it (cowering).
Theme: There were so many loose ends in the previous story, I figured I'd just start another one to write them out (you).
Are you okay? I'm a little worried. It's okay to update your current situation. Come on!
Sandwich material? Hhh
