[Western Crossover] Am I Really Someone Important?

Blurb One

Like the opening of some tacky paperback, John opens his eyes to find himself lying in a hospital bed. The doctor tells him that he was in a car accident, hit his head, and lost his memory.

John hurriedly checks himself over: ordinary human, not an alien, no superpowers, no weird costume, no ring flying straight at him, no lightning strike that gave him powers, and no parents who died right in front of him. Great, he's safe. Looks like he's an ordinary citizen of Gotham City, the kind of cannon fodder nobody would even mention if a maniac killed him.

John secretly resolves to keep his head down, clean up after himself... no, wait, keep his head down and quietly level up. Surviving until he's maxed out is victory. I have to stay far away from those caped heroes and maniacs!

But the very next minute, his attending doctor comes over and tells him: John, Gotham's richest man, Bruce Wayne, has come to see you... see you... you... you...

John: Shit!

Then John discovers that all kinds of big shots are coming and going from his hospital room. Day one: Bruce Wayne. Day two: James Gordon. Day three: Selina Kyle. Day four: Jason Todd. Day five: Harley Quinn. And so on...

John: Everybody, hold on a second. Who am I, exactly?

Theme: Every day you don't dance is a day wasted.
