A stunningly handsome, easygoing actor gong X a cool-on-the-outside, warm-on-the-inside idol shou
Lu Heshan, a double Best Actor winner, wakes up in the body of a "useless beauty" who gets eliminated in a survival show.
The former top-level player turns to the entertainment industry to crush the rookies, only to find that the famous up-and-coming directors and top actresses seem to be people he knows.
Lu Heshan is still obscure, and people keep insisting on claiming him as their relative. On top of being mocked every day for clinging to others and leeching off their fame, he is also targeted and smeared by the fans of Jiang Shigui, another idol making the transition to acting.
Who could have guessed that his works would let him deliver a spectacular face-slapping comeback and gain countless fans, while the bigwigs one by one publicly confirmed their friendship with him?
Only Jiang Shigui stood apart, claiming to be Lu Heshan's fan.

Top-tier boy band ace Jiang Shigui is a specialist in idol dramas, with acting ability inversely proportional to his looks.
Who knew he'd suddenly have an epiphany and become a god-tier actor? His new show set the whole internet ablaze.
The media promoted him as the leading light of young actors, and his fans raved that he was the number one idol to make the transition.
But when an interviewer asked how he had improved his acting,
Jiang Shigui, who'd spent his previous life binge-watching Best Actor Lu Heshan's films and dramas, replied with a straight face: "By watching Lu Heshan's work."
But he'd forgotten that Lu Heshan only had one campus drama to his name...

Here's a ghost story:
Everyone online knows that boy band acting ace Jiang Shigui has a world-weary face, is aloof and taciturn, and is hard to get along with. You could count his friends in the industry on one hand.
That is, until they saw the behind-the-scenes footage: the aloof heartthrob was on set, so nervous around Lu Heshan that he looked like a fangirl meeting her idol for the first time.
