It's supposedly danmei, but really it's just ambiguous flirting. Our adorable male lead is currently ten years old, practically pure as spring water. He's Kurosaki Kai, a cute little boy, obsessed with his older brother and older men. He's Kurosaki Ichigo's younger brother, Sanada Genichiro's junior disciple, and a third-year elementary school student at Hyotei. In this story, he's the reincarnation of Shiba Kaien. Some of his spirit particles are with the Hollows, while the rest combined with other spirit particles and reincarnated as little Kai, so his Zanpakuto isn't the same as in his previous life, and he doesn't remember anything from back then. He's an all-purpose, adorably naive little boy, and the story is lighthearted. The author isn't good at writing the plots of Prince of Tennis or Bleach and doesn't plan to make them important. There are no exclusive couples. Someone has confessed, but the little guy hasn't clearly accepted, so it still counts as ambiguous, right? (The author is pelted by everyone.)

The story's biggest selling point: when Kai smiles, he outshines the whole world and slays them all! If you can't handle that, don't read it. Also, the pairing on the cover doesn't mean they'll be the final couple; those characters' faces just happened to be available. Please think of the guy who looks like Kaien as Kai when he's grown up, thanks.
