Zhao Linyi is the deputy general manager of Xingzhao Media, one of the country's top three entertainment companies. She is also the boss's daughter.
She thinks she has a warm smile and treats her subordinates kindly.
What everyone who sees her smile actually thinks: Boohoo, what is Little Boss Zhao thinking now? Is she planning to fire me? No, I have to outwork all my colleagues, or I'll be packing my bags and leaving...
She's actually a pretty nice person, but unfortunately she has a scheming-looking face.
Then one day, Zhao Linyi dreamed of reading a book and discovered that the world she lived in was actually a girls' love novel. The female lead was a trainee who had recently joined the company.
And she herself was one of the female lead's harem members. Early on, she used all kinds of tricks on the female lead, a textbook schemer. Later, her methods became too underhanded, she lost the harem competition, and the entire internet condemned her...
Zhao Linyi: Okay, but I really am not scheming! I have to go meet this female lead.
Then she ran into the female lead's senior sister, another member of the harem: Lu Qi, whom Zhao Linyi had known since childhood and who had always been annoyed with her.
For some reason, seeing Lu Qi's arrogant, tsundere little expression made Zhao Linyi's heart skip a beat.
Zhao Linyi raised her "warm" smile: Give it up. You're destined to be the loser in the harem competition! Why don't we...
Lu Qi, secretly in love with her junior sister: Don't come any closer!!
Theme: Nothing is predestined. All that matters is that I like you.
