Starting Infrastructure from Scratch

Gu Yanmo, a rising star in the military with a bright future in the Alliance, died in an accident. She was reborn in a desolate place and bound to a useless System. The System made a nice offer: it would give her a house at the start. In reality, all she got was an empty lot. Looking at the key in her hand, Gu Yanmo laughed. "Don't tell me I have to make a mold of the lock, too?" Everything starts from zero. Gu Yanmo's strength, agility, intelligence, and other attributes kept improving as she beat up monsters, while her luck kept getting worse. Later, the System had a change of heart and gave her a "cute princess." A little person inside Gu Yanmo shouted: I'm in! But the moment Gu Yanmo saw the princess, she cried. [Congratulations, Host! You have built a cabin. Please become the village chief as soon as possible.] [Congratulations, Host! You have built a shop. Please become the head of the trading company as soon as possible.] [Congratulations, Host! You have built a city. Please reclaim the other lost territories as soon as possible.] [Congratulations, Host! You have successfully become king. Let's create a new era of glory together!] Gu Yanmo hated one phrase more than anything: "I'll give you..." Later generations of scholars believed: Gu Yanmo built everything from scratch. Her choice of starting point revealed her ambitions from the very beginning. Gu Yanmo: It's only infrastructure development. Practice makes perfect. Theme: Do it yourself, and you'll have enough to eat and wear.
