My Archrival Became a Spirit After Being Reborn

In the eyes of their teachers and fellow students, the recipient and the seme are universally acknowledged enemies, like Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang: one could not exist without the other. The recipient thinks the seme is unreasonable, while the seme thinks the recipient has too many annoying habits. At school, their grades are always neck and neck, with one of them coming out on top each time. Then, as an adult, the recipient is left paralyzed after a bungee-jumping accident and disappears from the seme's life. Three years later, the seme dies while rescuing people from a fire. When he wakes again, at night he is a plant beside the adult recipient, while by day he is a high school student bickering endlessly with the underage recipient. Only then does he learn that the person he thought had so many annoying habits would always have tearful eyes when no one was around, and would keep calling his name whenever he was in pain. Theme: Take life seriously.
