Yukimura Haruto Doesn't Want to Play Tennis

Yukimura Haruto is the only son of Yukimura Seiichi, a world-renowned artist.

Haruto has no interest in tennis. After a misunderstanding with his father, he fights a cataclysmic battle against the older generation in pursuit of art, finally winning a small victory.

One day, after pouring his heart and soul into a painting at art high school and finishing a piece he was fairly pleased with that night,

he opens his eyes and finds himself standing on the main path of some school,

still carrying the tennis bag he despises.

Then he hears someone nearby say:

"Second-year Yukimura Seiichi-senpai is so handsome."

Yukimura Haruto: ...?

Yukimura Haruto: There's no way I'm playing tennis. I'll never follow in my father's footsteps in this life.

One year later: Tennis is sugoi!

The tennis club members on Yukimura Haruto: He's a spiritual genius who admires the club captain and even took up tennis because of him.

Yukimura Haruto: (Complicated)

In a way, that's true.

Theme: Independence, freedom, and facing yourself.
