An IQ of 1

Kiryu: a devoted believer in games that are all about thrilling combat

On his first day inside the game, he received a combat stat of 99 and an intelligence stat of 1.

That meant that whenever he played through the main story, his mouth might as well have been glued shut. He could only ever say four words:

[I dunno, okay?]

But at the same time, that combat stat of 99 gave him the confidence to make friends with anyone through his fists.

With barely contained anticipation and excitement, he asked the game's little assistant what he had to do to clear the game.

The little assistant pondered for a long time, then said it would draw a task and see.

Kiryu: So, I just beat the final boss like in a traditional RPG...

Little Assistant: Earn 100 million yen in salary through legitimate means., [Bungo Stray Dogs]

Kiryu: Beat the final boss...

Little Assistant: Get into the University of Tokyo on merit, despite attending the school with the lowest deviation score in all of Japan., [Wind Breaker]

Kiryu: Beat...

Little Assistant: Hear more than thirteen sword warriors say, "You are the lord I respect most.", [Touken Ranbu]

Kiryu: ...

Little Assistant: Live peacefully with the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps for seven days. By the way, you're a demon., [Demon Slayer]

Kiryu: .

Kiryu: What the hell, do you have a problem with me or something?

Little Assistant: No.

Little Assistant: Hee hee.
