Our Kitties Can’t Hear This

Sangshen was a little stray kitten. Before she even opened her eyes, someone put her in a plastic bag and tossed her in a trash can. She used all her strength to climb out, then rummaged through the trash for food. In the rain, she got soaked and shrank into a tiny ball, shivering with cold. She was so chilled that she wanted to hide inside a licked-clean can. A human man happened to pass by and took her home. Sangshen got a food bowl that was always filled, a cozy bed, and a gigantic litter box that automatically buried her poop and always had nice, clean litter. She no longer had to worry about getting soaked in the rain, going hungry, or being caught and beaten. Once she was comfortable, well-fed, and glossy-coated, Sangshen reached maturity. The good news: The human had no intention of subjecting her to cruel, meow-less breeding. The bad news: He planned to have her spayed. - On the eve of her spay surgery, Sangshen stole the blanket to vent her frustration and turned into a human in his arms. A human woman with no beautiful cat fur, pink paw pads, or sharp claws. The little cat was stunned. “Meow meow meow meow?!?!” [Reading guide] 1. A cute little story, with no real-life inspiration. 2. The couple is a cat and the man who takes in a stray. 3. The author has absolutely nothing against dog lovers, and I like dogs too. But as everyone knows, most cats and dogs are at odds, so the story will probably include some remarks unfriendly to dogs and dog lovers, lol. 4.
