Everyone I Win Over Takes a Hit to Their Looks

1 Shi Yankong, the second young master of the Divine Attendant clan, has a secret. In his previous life, he was a disfigured villain. He lost a brutal battle against the beloved protagonist and died a horrible death, leaving no intact corpse or even bones behind. Now reborn as the beloved protagonist, the young master glares with tears in his eyes and sets goals both big and small. Small goal one: Win the beauties' hearts and build affection, starting when they're young. Small goal two: Rack up the world's goodwill and carry the protagonist's banner high. Ultimate goal: When the story reaches its happy ending, enjoy a harmonious harem with beauties on both arms, make history, and claim the treatment he's coveted from the protagonist for so long. And so, with incredible determination, he gets to work! [Round 1] The handsome, loyal servant he took in is his first choice. But nine years later... Song Siyu's face is covered in hard sores, his skin is pitch-black, and he no longer has the alluring, delicate, easy-to-push-over look. Every morning, instead of a sweet voice, Shi Yankong hears a hoarse one: Song Siyu: Young master, you should get up. If you don't, the sun will burn your butt! Song Siyu: Oh, young master, you're so mean! If you say that, I-I won't talk to you later! Shi Yankong: I want to transmigrate back in time and beat myself to death. [Round 2] His second choice is his charming, sickly childhood friend. They reunite after five years apart, their bond stronger than ever, but... Sikong Yi is in perfect health and eats like a horse. A beauty mark beneath his amorous, peach-blossom eyes makes him irresistible. But one day, Shi Yankong accidentally walks into his room and finds him wearing a wig, his scalp shining underneath. Sikong Yi: That hair-growth miracle cure didn't work either. Sigh. Shi Yankong: I regretted it then. I regretted it so much. [Round 3] At last, he manages to win over another peerlessly beautiful man. The young master rubs his hands together, waiting for them to confess their feelings. But on the day the beauty offers himself to Shi Yankong, something seems off. Shi Yankong lights a cigarette with a world-weary look and exhales a cloud of smoke.
