Word of Honor: What If Wen Kexing Had Found Gong Jun?

Excerpt One: Gong Jun is an actor who gained a little popularity after playing Wen Kexing. One day, while filming a show, he accidentally hit his head on the edge of a pool as he entered the water. He was bleeding heavily and passed out on the spot. When Gong Jun regained consciousness, he found himself in the body of a little boy, in Ghost Valley on Qingya Mountain, about to become an offering for the old valley master's cultivation. Gong Jun: "I must be dreaming!" But in the next moment, the old valley master seized him by the throat and lifted him up. The terrible feeling of suffocation slowly made him lose consciousness, leaving only the instinct to survive. "Please, save me!" Gong Jun reached out and grabbed the hem of the boy standing beside him. The boy in white looked at Gong Jun but did nothing. Excerpt Two: In Ghost Valley on Qingya Mountain, Gong Jun became a servant to the valley master, Wen Kexing. It took him three whole months to adjust to his new identity: he had transmigrated into the wuxia drama Word of Honor, in which he himself had starred, and Wen Kexing had picked him up in Ah Xiang's place. Gong Jun cried himself to sleep every night. "Why am I not the main character? What kind of terrible misfortune is this? What kind of tragic fate?" "You're so noisy. Get over here!" Hearing Wen Kexing call for him from the bed in the inner room, Gong Jun hurriedly wiped away his tears. Trembling with fear, he obediently shuffled inside, then knelt beside Wen Kexing's bed with his head lowered. "A-Jun, why are you crying?" Wen Kexing lifted Gong Jun's chin with his fan to get a better look at his swollen, red eyes. Somewhat puzzled, he asked, "Has someone been picking on you?" "Master, I want to go home!" Notes: 1. Wen Kexing's self-pairing: Wen Kexing x Gong Jun, with mutual healing. 2. My understanding of Gong Jun is very limited. Please don't conflate this with the real actor. Theme: Four months of loneliness, yet each became a light in the other's life forever.
