The Female Lead Is a Black-Hearted Lotus

[After thinking it over, I decided to leave this in my upcoming works list. The original idea was for a very long novel, including some household and palace intrigue. But I've never written that kind of story, and I hadn't worked out the outline, so I got stuck at Chapter Four. I really love this premise, though, so I'll keep it on the list. Once I'm ready, I'll start writing it again.] As the daughter of the Su family, a prestigious clan with hundreds of years of history, Su Mingjiao didn't learn until she was sixteen that she wasn't really a Su daughter at all. She was merely a fake heiress who had been switched at birth. But this fake heiress was the doing of the Su family matriarch, her mother, Shangguan Wanran. Su Mingjiao was simply a tool for her to take revenge on her birth father. When Su Mingjiao was sixteen, her birth family was ruined. The Su family's real daughter had drained her birth father's resources dry, then returned on a road paved with splendor and riches. From then on, Su Mingjiao's life in the Su family became difficult. To survive, she deliberately seduced Su Xingchen, the Su family's aloof and immensely powerful great general. Sure enough, he soon fell in love with her, becoming obsessed and losing himself over her. But she wouldn't be satisfied. Because Shangguan Wanran had taught her one thing: Power lets you do whatever you want. Beauty is capital, a deadly weapon, and a ladder to the top. And she had a face capable of captivating anyone at a glance. 1. The female lead is the most beautiful. She has a scheming, black-lotus personality, is cold-hearted and loves only herself. Men are merely tools for her to climb higher. 2. The female lead is a Mary Sue. The male lead and all the other men fall in love with her. 3. One-on-one ending. Theme: Only men who keep to proper conduct can find love.
