The Universe's Only Support Class

Jiang Duan was the strongest protective support in S District. All four of his abilities were designed to save and protect others: restoring mana and health, boosting stats, reducing damage with shields, and trading his life for someone else's with his ultimate.

He was used to guarding the carry from behind, absorbing damage and tying up opponents. When necessary, he could trade his life for another's with practiced ease.

Then one day, he woke up in a misty forest strewn with blood. A soldier in the same uniform as him was half-kneeling in a pool of blood, eyes blazing with defiance.

Jiang Duan's eyes lit up. As a support, how could he let the carry get hurt right in front of him?

A flash of white light blazed. That day, the entire universe erupted over him.

In the final years of the interstellar era, the Zerg pressed ever further into human territory. Every year, countless young people stepped out of school with youthful faces and headed straight for the battlefield, like batches of sand poured into a bottomless pit. The death toll had become so high that people were numb to it.

There was a saying in the military: Everyone pushes their potential to the limit just to die a few seconds later.

Until Jiang Duan appeared. He was a treasure sent by the heavens, unwilling to let humanity go extinct.
