Did Someone Set Up the Actress Today?

**Flirty old-school official x cool, scheming green tea** Ji Yao takes in the little sister of a friend who died unexpectedly. The girl looks fragile and cries all the time. The first time the girl sees her, she timidly calls her "sister-in-law." Ji Yao is speechless and can only reply after a long pause: "I'm not your sister-in-law." The girl flinches in fright, tears gathering in her eyes, but she still clutches Ji Yao's clothes tightly. Ji Yao wonders if she's being too fierce. "Sister-in-law, please don't leave me. I'm really useful." Ji Yao is fed up and can't control her tone. "I told you not to call me that. Who's your sister-in-law?!" The girl is so frightened that she bursts into tears. Ji Yao grows even more frustrated, crouches in front of her, and carelessly wipes the tears from her face, putting on a fierce expression. "Stop crying, or I'll throw you out!" The girl is too scared to make a sound and can only sob quietly, looking small, pitiful, and helpless. Time flies. The little crybaby has grown into a rising business star who can handle everything on her own: aloof, dignified, efficient, and decisive, with an imposing presence. Only in front of Ji Yao does she show the side of herself that no one else knows. "Sister, do you not like me?" Sang Ning loops her arms around Ji Yao's neck, her breath carrying a faint scent of alcohol. With a warm, soft beauty in her arms, it's impossible not to feel moved. But Ji Yao still turns her face away, hiding her restraint in her eyes. "Ningning, you're drunk. I'll take you to rest..." Sang Ning catches Ji Yao's lips and kisses her. After lingering there for a moment, she looks at her with dewy eyes. "Sister, don't you want Ningning?" Ji Yao's breath catches. She can't bring herself to refuse. On a stormy night, Sang Ning hugs a blanket and knocks on Ji Yao's door. "Sister, Ningning is scared. Can I sleep with you?" She looks just like she did ten years ago, small, pitiful, and helpless. Ji Yao's heart softens, and she agrees, not realizing she's fallen into Sang Ning's trap. "If you're going to sleep, then sleep. Why are you tugging at my clothes?" "Of course... to devour you, sis." Sang Ning raises her head from Ji Yao's chest, her eyes gleaming with triumph. Theme: You watched me grow up, and I'll stay by your side until we grow old
