My other novel, I Really Am Not the Great Demon King, is currently being serialized and updated daily!
Zhao Qiao, a workaholic, pushes himself too hard and suddenly suffers a cerebral hemorrhage. When he wakes up, he finds that he's transmigrated.
All the money he worked himself to the bone to earn is completely useless.
The saddest thing in the world is dying before you can spend your money.
In this interstellar world, everyone plays games.
If you can make money just by playing games, then why wait?
If all else fails, I can just start over.
But let's not fight and kill, that's exhausting.
Buy a little manor, stock up on supplies, grow some vegetables, make some money, and live the dream. Perfect.
Lord Mayor, you're just my client. I'm an upright person who refuses to sleep my way to the top, understand?
1v1, a lucky, compulsive-hoarding bottom VS an overpowered top
Not much romance
Lots of creative liberties, please don't overanalyze
Content warning: The protagonist will mostly be solo in the beginner's village, for about three or four chapters.
No romantic rivalries, and no face-slapping plotlines over someone stealing a lover.
Every plot point is in service of getting rich.
The following are upcoming works. See the author's profile in the upper right corner.
Upcoming: The Demon Venerable's Runaway Beloved
Zhu Hanqing accidentally transmigrates into a book,
landing in an extremely old-fashioned, melodramatic wife-chasing-to-the-crematorium story.
Unluckily for him, he becomes the "wife."
Zhu Hanqing gives a scornful laugh.
He's a proper straight man. How could he ever be with another man?
And having a child at the end of the book is even more ridiculous!
But since he's been given a second chance at life, he has to be careful.
Though his start is a little rough, the first thing he sees when he opens his eyes is a huge, fiery-red bed.
No matter. Relying on his memories, Zhu Hanqing does everything he can to change the story.
At last, he escapes the side of the capricious, obsessive Demon Venerable.
The world is vast, and there are endless possibilities. Now free, Zhu Hanqing is happy and carefree.
He recites poetry with a radiant poet immortal.
He crosses swords with a cold and aloof Daoist sage.
He drinks with the lively and spirited crown prince of the demon clan.
But what pleases him most is meeting a kindred spirit along the way.
His friend is handsome, gentle, and carefree, and the two hit it off at once.
They have endless things to talk about, from poetry and literature to the meaning of life.
They even have remarkably similar tastes in food.
The two travel together across the land.
Then one day, something unexpected happens.
His friend protects him,
only to suddenly turn into the very Demon Venerable who imprisoned him at the beginning!
Zhu Hanqing: Is there still time to run?
It'd be wrong to just abandon my friend, wouldn't it? [Thinking]
*
Everyone knows that Demon Venerable Feng Heng is cold and heartless.
For thousands of years, no one has even seen his true face.
Then, on a whim, he abducts a pretty young man from outside and keeps him at his side day and night.
Everyone envies the young beauty for rising to prominence overnight.
But only he knows
that all the young beauty can think about is running away.
In that case, I'll let you go.
If I don't let you leave, you'll never know that no one else will treat you even one ten-thousandth as well as I do.
Upcoming: A Straight Man's Thought Process Is So Strange
Everyone at A University knows that the top student, Lu Xing, is a fastidious germaphobe, cold and unsociable. Even though his face is perfect, like a work of art, no one dares approach him.
He even has a dorm room all to himself.
That is, until the first day of the new school year,
when Fang Tingyu, a new student admitted for his athletic ability, is assigned to Lu Xing's dorm for some reason,
becoming the only person who can get close to him.
When everyone hears the news, they expect Lu Xing to kick him out sooner or later. People even start betting on the day he'll be thrown out of the dorm, until someone joins the betting pool.
"My entire fortune says he'll live with me for the rest of his life."
-
At the start of his third year, Lu Xing gets a new roommate: Fang Tingyu.
After having a room to himself for two years, Lu Xing finds it very hard to adjust.
What's more, his new roommate is a completely straight man.
And this straight man is so casual about everything that he often leaves Lu Xing blushing and flustered.
Lu Xing tries every way he can think of to keep his distance, but keeps failing.
When Lu Xing needs to eat, Fang Tingyu prepares his favorite food in advance.
When Lu Xing needs to go out, Fang Tingyu checks the weather forecast down to the last detail.
When Lu Xing needs to study, Fang Tingyu closes his family's cafe to everyone else so Lu Xing can have it to himself.
Straight man, straight man. Lu Xing has never felt that those two words could hit him like a curse and leave him utterly defenseless.
He knows this can't go on, but it's so hard to take back the feelings that bloomed at first sight.
Finally, before making up his mind to move out, Lu Xing gets drunk and tells Fang Tingyu he's gay.
Lu Xing thinks Fang Tingyu will avoid him, but instead Fang Tingyu becomes even more brazen.
When Lu Xing needs to eat, Fang Tingyu offers to cook for him.
When Lu Xing needs to go out, Fang Tingyu volunteers to drive him, even late at night.
When Lu Xing needs to study, Fang Tingyu takes him straight to his house, claiming that a private space will help him focus.
With nowhere left to hide, Lu Xing speeds up his plans to move out.
But on the night before the move, the iron-straight Fang Tingyu pins him to the bed.
"Why do you have to leave? Haven't I treated you well?" Fang Tingyu holds him down, his eyes full of hurt and disappointment.
Lu Xing avoids his gaze. "This... isn't right for us."
"What's not right about it? What's wrong with two men being together?" Fang Tingyu looks at Lu Xing, whose ears are bright red and whose eyes are welling with tears, and asks as if possessed.
"Why can't a straight man be with another man?"
"Don't discriminate against straight men."
Theme: If you want something done, do it yourself.
A very nice article. Although (I think) the emotional scenes are a bit embarrassing, the various descriptions of the game are eye-catching and interesting! The whole article is quite peaceful. I like the descriptions of farming infrastructure and food. Finished spreading flowers~ (If there is a conflict, please don't bully me QAQ. If you bully me, you are right. I'll cry for you)

Wow... I feel like I haven't finished it yet, I feel like I haven't seen enough yet. All in all, the end of the show?
Finished spreading flowers!!!
I still remember that peach tree to this day
"Do you want different planets?" This is a big thorn in the side of the author~ Going to another planet?
Haha, I also made my own milk tea and pearls. I brewed the tea first, then boiled the sugar with tea water, and finally added milk. This is the simplest and not unpleasant method after many attempts. However, this method requires better tea leaves, otherwise it will have a bad tea taste.
