Lelouch, the Company Must Not Fail

[The blurb may be slightly revised when the story launches, but the premise won't change.]

Blurb:

I'm Xiaoxiao, and I've ended up as Kallen in Code Geass, bound to a truly awful System.

From the start, it wants me piloting a mech in the final battle. I don't even have a driver's license!

The System says I can exchange coins for combat power.

I ask where to get coins. The System says: Daily mission: flirt with Lelouch.

Me: "...You might as well kill me."

To stay alive, I reluctantly set out on a path to public humiliation:

I pull off his mask and kiss him in front of everyone. The Black Knights fall terrifyingly silent.

I pin him against the wall and say, "You look so cute when you're embarrassed." His ears turn bright red.

As his affection level keeps rising and falling, I finally get it: this Demon King is just a paranoid, unscrupulous boss!

So I start slacking off, taking him on with workplace logic:

"The pay doesn't match the work! The workplace is too dangerous! The company culture is all about emotional manipulation!"

"You want me to risk my life? Then let's discuss my employment contract, social insurance, and housing fund first!"

"The company can't go under! You still owe me my wages and workers' compensation!"

Until one day, the enemy surrounds us, our mech is wrecked, and he tells me to escape on my own.

I drag him into the cockpit and roar over the deafening explosions:

"Don't even think about it! Who's going to pay me if you're gone?!"

"Stay alive! Earn back everything you owe me!"

Lelouch: "...?"

Later, he kisses me for the first time, his voice hoarse:

"...All right. The company won't go under. I'll spend the rest of my life paying your wages in full."
