When Ieiri Shoko graduated, it suddenly dawned on her: studying medicine couldn't save the jujutsu world. Whoever wanted to be a jujutsu sorcerer could have the job.
So, with Gojo Satoru's help, Ieiri Shoko managed to get away from the jujutsu world for a while and went to Yokohama to clear her head.
She never expected that while she was there, she'd run into an underground doctor idling around in a shady clinic with a fan blowing on him. Somehow, Shoko got roped into his schemes.
A humanoid computer? Surely that was better than her two troublesome classmates. She wasn't a good person either, so she might as well make do and spend her life with Doctor Mori.
Years later, after they fished a child out of the water together, Shoko and Mori Ougai pulled off something big.
And just like that, former jujutsu sorcerer Ieiri Shoko became an executive of the Port Mafia.

Afterward, scenes like these became commonplace at the clinic and within the Port Mafia:

Or, one day, Shoko took Dazai Osamu up into the mountains for an extreme off-road adventure, leaving Mori Ougai alone to handle things back at the hideout.
Then she crossed into another world and exchanged medical knowledge with a doctor from the Taisho era's Butterfly Mansion.
Akiko was left sitting by the door, contemplating life. With no one normal in Yokohama, it was pretty much doomed.
