On some day, the number of which he had lost track, after getting the Book, Dazai Osamu finally decided, following several days of deep contemplation while immersing himself in water, to create a world where Oda Sakunosuke was alive. Then a strange, chuuni girl saved him.

She wasn't an ordinary chuunibyou. She was an exceptionally skilled, mysterious chuunibyou who wore a long coat, wrapped herself in bandages, adorned herself with all kinds of crosses, and spouted cryptic talk about being a savior. More importantly, she had just bumped into him, a mafia member! A quasi-executive of the Port Mafia, with black blood running through his veins!

He soon discovered that the girl was no ordinary person. For example, she could partially resist Nakahara Chuuya's gravity manipulation, and produce all sorts of items out of thin air, even a motorcycle! Her skills and knowledge didn't match her supposedly ordinary background. She claimed to be righteous but was always hanging around with the mafia. And beneath her chuuni talk lay strangely accurate prophecies...
