Tyrant (Writing Practice)

A short piece written for practice

I have a husband, and he treats me very well.

But one day, the tyrant ordered my husband's entire family killed.

Later, I entered the palace and became one of the women in the tyrant's harem.

Thinking of my husband trapped in prison and the child who had died in my womb, I wanted to kill the tyrant more times than I could count.
