Gu Zheng is handsome, skilled, and comes from a good family. He's the Alpha of every Omega's dreams.

Alphas and Omegas have an irresistible attraction to each other, and everyone wonders what kind of Omega pheromones Gu Zheng will like.

But Gu Zheng turns down every Omega who shows interest in him and declares that he will never fall in love with an Omega because of pheromones.

Ji Rong has a strong, rugged face and a decidedly masculine appearance, utterly unlike the delicate, fragile Omegas. Almost everyone assumes he's a Beta because they can't smell any pheromones on him.

Only Ji Rong knows he's a mutated Omega. More precisely, an Omega in Beta's clothing.

He doesn't have the soft, slender figure of an Omega, nor does he have pheromones. No one can smell any pheromones on him, so they take him for a Beta, and Ji Rong has grown used to being treated as one.

Until one day, he meets Gu Zheng hiding behind a door to inject himself with a suppressor.

The red-eyed Alpha pins him in a corner and says, domineering yet gentle, "I'm Gu Zheng. Tell me your name!"
