They Say I'm the Boss [Infinite]

Please check out my upcoming story, Can a Lovesick Fool Play Infinite Flow? The blurb is at the very bottom. If you like it, please add it to your favorites~ Sending you love~

The demon beast Yu Xia, born from malice, was sealed for a thousand years. Upon waking in a daze, it found itself inside a human body.

The world had changed beyond recognition.

Horror games had arrived, and those chosen to play had only the slimmest chance of survival.

Looking at the malice filling the world, Yu Xia curled her lips into a smile. What a wonderful world!

And so,

the horror games met their nightmare.

Inside the instances,

other players trembled, hid, and carefully searched for clues.

Yu Xia, who looked delicate and easy to bully, curled her fingers and walked toward the terrifying beings...

**

At first:

"What gives her the right to clear a high-difficulty instance?"

"Who does a newbie think she is?"

After a while:

"Damn! Why can she trigger the hidden truth behind the instance's side story?"

"Damn! Why are those NPCs so afraid of her?"

In the end:

Everyone: "You're the boss of the infinite-flow instances, aren't you?!"

Yu Xia smiled faintly and pulled the instance boss over. "No, that one is. I'm just an ordinary, delicate, weak human girl."

Everyone else: "..."

A whole new definition of ordinary! And weak!

[Instance One: Little Red Riding Hood]

One day, a god appeared in a secluded mountain village, attracting countless visitors. But the whole village was strange. Everyone, men and women alike, wore women's clothes. There were all kinds of bizarre statues of gods in the village, and every wave of players who entered was wiped out. Everything showed that this instance was anything but ordinary...

[Instance Two: The Double]

One day, you open your eyes and see another you. That version of you has all your best qualities: beauty, intelligence, and self-discipline. You become her double, inheriting all her flaws...

Upcoming story, Can a Lovesick Fool Play Infinite Flow?, blurb:

Su Hui is the heroine of a dating game, created for the sole purpose of being a romantic interest.

One day, the dating game is absorbed by an infinite-flow game.

Su Hui becomes a player.

System: [Player Su Hui, bound skill: If Everyone Gives a Little Love.]

[Skill description: You were born knowing how to love others, and it's easy for you to win their affection. Use your skill to clear this instance.]

Su Hui looked completely lost. "Huh?"

Monsters invaded a warm, sweet world. People who had once lived peaceful lives became monster food, and screams and terror filled the entire world.

Feeling the pounding heartbeats all around her, Su Hui looked reassured.

Ah! The air was still full of thumping heartbeats. Nothing had changed at all.

**

Outside the horror game, players looked at the newly released instance in despair.

"Damn it, with monsters packed this densely, who could possibly clear it?"

"Even a battle royale doesn't start with an instant kill. They don't give you any time to prepare."

"Sigh, the first batch of players to go in probably won't make it."

On the livestream, a high-level player was caught by a monster, bitten in half, and devoured. Blood covered the ground.

The monster finished eating and charged toward the petite female player beside it. Everyone shut their eyes.

The next second, the female player reached out and stroked the monster's terrifying cheek. "You're so cute. Want to go out with me?"

The fierce monster turned into a bashful puppy in a heartbeat. It carefully tucked away its fangs and rubbed the girl's soft, pale palm with the few clean spots it had left.

Then... it followed shyly by her side, clearing obstacles for her and biting to death every monster that tried to eat her.

The other players: "???"

Wait, that works too??

Can monsters be lovesick fools these days?

**

Half a year later, rumors about Su Hui grew more and more outrageous, until among the players her name became "You-Know-Who."

One day, a player team that had stumbled into a high-risk S-rank instance and barely survived encountered Su Hui.

She stroked a thorn-covered vine, twisted like a giant monster, and said gently, "You're so cute. Want to go out with me?"

Everyone watched as the monstrous vine withdrew its thorns. Its tendrils curled gently around the girl's wrist, then slowly bloomed into fiery red flowers.

Everyone else: "..."

Wait, can she even win over nonliving things now?

A lovesick fool is terrifying!

Theme: Never underestimate anyone.
