Jiang Mu, a little-known actor in the entertainment industry who was just coasting along, accidentally gets pulled into a role-playing System. His lifelong nemesis gets pulled in with him.
And this lousy System has an infuriating rule: they can only return to the real world once their Heart-Pounding Score reaches 100 percent.
Determined to get back to reality, Jiang Mu grits his teeth, throws caution to the wind, and starts playing along with the role-playing scenarios.

In front of a room full of guests, his nemesis grips Jiang Mu's chin. "Baby, everyone's watching. Come on, call me 'husband.'"

In front of his gang of lackeys, his nemesis pulls Jiang Mu into his arms. "This is your big brother's man. From now on, greet him whenever you see him."

And so, Jiang Mu is forced to role-play with his nemesis inside the System.
Until one day, the System suddenly bugs out, leaving Jiang Mu trapped alone in a raging fire.
At death's door, someone rushes into the blazing inferno and takes his hand.
Jiang Mu forces his eyes open and asks weakly, "What are you doing here?"
His nemesis smiles and kisses his eyes. "I'm here to take my baby home."
