Check out my new novel, "SSR Affection at 100% [Infinite]," and please add it to your reading list~
One night, Cui Yao encountered a ghost. At the brink of death, her spiritual powers awakened, and she became a ghost handler able to contract with spirits. Her first contracted spirit was... her piggy bank?!
The piggy bank had followed her, a penniless ghost handler, for so long that its belly was always empty. It developed an aversion to money and constantly tried to scatter her hard-earned cash in every way it could. And somehow, she fell for it every time :)
Thus, a working woman obsessed with spending money on blind-boxes acquired:
An unremarkable, incredibly hard brick, an N-card called Dazhuang.
An adorable black rabbit with pink paws, an R-card named Little R, delivered to her door with a bow around its neck, along with 108 siblings.
An eco-friendly, carefully selected bok choy, an SR-card that provides a complete package of funeral music and a burial-time strangling.
A mobile disaster, an SSR whose power is directly proportional to its good looks, a walking money shredder.
Novel blurb:
Lin Duo, who never made it off the operating table, transmigrates into a brainless romance novel with a male lead. She opens her eyes in a rundown orphanage in some forgotten corner of the world.
There's the "beauty mark" female supporting character above her, the "walking bundle of hormones" male lead waiting in the wings, and the love-struck "moonlight" heroine who'll appear in the future. Then there's the pitiful girl with the same name, who died young and only ever appears in flashbacks.
Starting gift pack:
One frail, unhealthy child's body, acquired. One short-tempered big sister who fiercely protects her own, acquired. One mooncake that's about to expire, acquired. One wooden bed old enough to be her great-grandmother, acquired. The original male and female leads about to make their entrance, with random cannon-fodder characters A, B, C, and D as bonus easter eggs...
Even with a nightmare of a start, Lin Duo can find her own path. Follow her as she goes through life with family, friendship, and love, breaks free of her predetermined fate, and creates a brand-new life of her own.
Cannon fodder A: "I heard you came from an orphanage. No wonder you're so uncivilized, with no parents to raise you."
Lin Duo: "Better to have no parents than to be raised like you."
Cannon fodder B: "All those fancy clothes and things you use must come from men keeping you and your sisters, right?"
Lin Duo stops her big sister, who's about to beat someone up again. "Our flower shops are all over City B. The flower basket you sent to the homeroom teacher's house was on our waiting list for a week."
Cannon fodder C: "You're actually stringing along the young masters of both the He and Xin families!"
At the sound of that, a certain Xin comes over, only for He Xiu to send him flying. "Make way. I'm here on my mother's orders to take my fiancee to a family dinner."
No abusive mother here, safe to enjoy.
Theme: Believe in fate, but don't surrender to it. Stay steadfast in your commitment to scientific development.
Finished reading it in one day! Thanks!
The ending is too hasty,
Come on, I finally discovered what the sense of inconsistency is. Putting rebirth/rich family/orphan/career/campus/struggle all together, it's really too complicated... I suggest you don't do this in the next book.
After chasing it for a day, it looks pretty good.
It needs to be divided into sections! The back half is missing
Come on, I hope they grow up quickly
I have something to do tonight, I will update twice tomorrow~
Waiting for tomorrow's plot-.-
I feel like the scene has been a bit chaotic lately
For the ballet teacher, throw flowers and cheers!
