The Tao and Lin families get along very well.

But Tao Fangran and Lin Songxue don't.

They're not close, and Tao Fangran even dislikes Lin Songxue a little.

Tao Fangran thinks Lin Songxue is too cold and aloof, always acting superior and putting on airs. She's hard to get along with.

Then one day, Lin Songxue gets into a car accident.

She loses her memory.

Tao Fangran goes to visit her and cruelly plays a joke.

She tells Lin Songxue, "I'm your girlfriend."

She lies, "You really like me."

And Lin Songxue believes her.

Then both their families find out that they're a couple.

Tao Fangran: "Huh?"

Wait, why are you telling your family!

To make their elders happy and avoid getting scolded, Tao Fangran reluctantly plays along. She decides to take advantage of Lin Songxue and help her rack up embarrassing memories, so that once her memory returns, Tao Fangran can rub it in her face and make sure she never acts so aloof again!

Instead, she ends up being the one wrapped around Lin Songxue's finger.

Lin Songxue: "Stay with me."

Lin Songxue: "Hold my hand."

Lin Songxue: "Hug me."

Lin Songxue: "Say you love me."

Lin Songxue: "Don't look at other women."

Lin Songxue: "Ranran, kiss me."

Tao Fangran: "..."

Tao Fangran: "Just kill me."

Why is Lin Songxue like this now that she's lost her memory?!

-

Later, Tao Fangran realizes it's true.

It's true that Lin Songxue really likes her.

They really do become a couple.
