[Demon Slayer] I'm Done Being a Simp!

[The plan is for a short story of no more than 30,000-plus characters] Updates whenever I feel like it I've finally made up my mind to stop being a doormat. After decades of pursuing him without success, I realized that, it seems, no amount of effort on my part could win the beautiful man's heart. I don't even know how I managed to be such a doormat before. Even though he always saw me as his lowly servant, and I did everything he needed, he still treated me like a threat. I still love him. But now, he actually held my face in his hands and said something that broke my heart: "I don't need you anymore." Of course I won't let that ruin me and spend the rest of my life in tears. I simply altered his memories in secret and burned the toxins out of his blood. I took my beloved away. Strangely enough, he really believed the persona I'd made up for him on a whim. Now he's the one who's a doormat for me. P.S.: 1. The pairing is Nyaruko, Daughter of the Bloated One x Muzan. 2. Soft Lovecraftian fiction. 3. A friend let me use the cover illustration for free. She's so nice (ehehe). * Cover artist: @WantPeachSmoothies Theme: In the end, being a doormat gets you nowhere.
