[Please add The Business-Building Story: After Healing a Battle-Worn Elf to your favorites!]
The Magic World Infrastructure Handbook is a city-building game set in a Western fantasy world. In the game, players can build their own kingdom, collect character cards with special abilities, raise their affection, and unlock all kinds of interactive stories.
They say that in the later stages of the game, players with enough fame and affection can enjoy afternoon tea in an elf temple, discuss life with a priest in an orc tribe, ride dragons through the Dragon Mountains, and see every wondrous sight this magical world has to offer.
However
A crumbling castle, potholed streets, moss-covered stone houses, and people dressed in rags.
Luo Ya, a genuine newbie who had only just started playing before she transmigrated into the game, stood in her starter town and looked at the desolate scene, falling silent.

Hunger and illness were everywhere, while cold and desolation had taken over this little town.
The people of Xiluo Lan lived numb lives on this barren land, until at last their queen awoke from her slumber.
A town overrun by curses and eternal winter, the enslaved North Roman, the arrogant merfolk city of Wangyue Bay...
Their lost homelands were pieced back onto the map one by one, the cursed kingdom rose again from the darkness, and Xiluo Lan's name once more spread throughout the continent.
The elders, well versed in Xiluo Lan's history, were moved to tears as they excitedly welcomed the young heroes who had come from far and wide. Just as they were about to tell them all about this great kingdom of mages, the heroes spoke, their faces full of anticipation:
"I heard this is where fried chicken and cola were invented."
"Where's the milk tea shop? My friend said the milk tea in Xiluo Lan is cheap and that they have the latest flavors, not available anywhere else on the continent."
"Excuse me, do you sell water sprite healing potions here?"
The elders: "...??"
This was going rather differently from what they'd imagined, wasn't it?
A recommendation for the upcoming story This Isn't a Dating Sim! Here's the blurb. If you're interested, visit my author page and add it to your favorites:
Wang Yu, the first army commander in the stars, died in battle and, after death, found herself inside a post-apocalyptic dating sim.
The player's main quest was to romance the protagonist; the side quests were to save all the characters available to romance.
A beautiful white-haired boy lay in the ruins, looking at her with pleading, fragile eyes.
Wang Yu thought: This character seems to have plant powers. He'd be perfect for farming.
A warm, big-brother-type power squad captain invited her to join his team, hinting that they could spend the night together.
Wang Yu thought: He has fire powers. That'd be really useful for cooking outdoors.
The daily love-letter feature could be used to send large quantities of supplies, and the wishing tree feature could provide her with plenty of survival gear in the early game.
Looking at the terrifyingly realistic zombie city before her, Wang Yu rubbed her hands together:
A dating sim? No, this is a post-apocalyptic survival and city-building game. √

This is a desolate, post-apocalyptic world, where zombies run rampant and humanity struggles to survive in misery.
Jiang Jue thought his whole life would be spent fighting his way through death and blood, only to die a dull, meaningless death beneath a zombie's fangs.
But then she came.
She was the only light in the darkness, the only path through the apocalypse. With her, flourishing cities rose again. Countless people were willing to bow to her, calling her the Main God.
Everyone loved her, including Jiang Jue.
But he never dared confess his love to her.
All he wanted was to be the most useful mad dog at her feet.
[An army commander focused on her career X a cruel, mad beautiful boy]
Theme: Build diligently, lead the toiling people to prosperity.
The setting is good, but it's too short. I feel that the infrastructure in the front is quite nice, but the back is a bit too big and hastily finished. It would be nice if the writing could be richer. The male protagonist is actually quite likable.
Read the full text, well, it feels like I pressed the fast forward button in the later stage
Mermaid: Only my injured world has reached QAQ
I want to see their emotional drama
I feel like this episode has a lot of feeling
At least let me see them kiss before leaving (dissatisfied)
The system is the consciousness of the world, and diamonds are currency, used to exchange materials between the two worlds... But the trade surplus and deficit are unbalanced... Moreover, for example, the heroine and the kitten both want the land of the wood elves, but where did they get the goods in the early stage?
I'm also very curious about why the world consciousness manages such two planes, and I'm looking forward to the series~
Finished reading... So fast
Complex backgrounds seem to be very popular in infrastructure articles these days, and they usually end in a short time.
What do you mean? I don't understand. Is the heroine's body actually someone else's body?
