[The Grave Robbers' Chronicles: Sand Sea] Take It to Heart

Wu Xie, I’m an orphan. I have no ties to anyone in this world. There’s no one I care about, and no one cares about me. But you’re different. So many people are willing to die for you, and I’m the least important of them all.

What you mean to me is different from what I mean to you. I couldn’t save the last person I cared about, and I regretted it for ten years. I won’t let that happen again, not even if the odds are only one percent.

I’m just a gust of wind. Once I’ve passed, I’m gone. Even the leaves I stir will eventually settle back into place. I came here for nothing, so at least let me do something useful before I go.

I don’t care when I die or where I die. I just hope my death will mean something, instead of wasting away and dying with nothing to show for it.

Reader’s guide:

1. Happy ending, paired with Wu Xie. The female lead is an ordinary person.

2. A blend of the books and the dramas, with some original details.

3. Poor writing.

Theme: You give me Wu Xie, and I’ll give you back Tianzhen.
