After Retiring, the World's Best Learned to Slack Off

[Highlight: This is pure wuxia, wuxia! Not xianxia!] At the Martial Arts Tournament, Yu Yinglong, leader of Qionglou Pavilion, one of the five great sects, defeats every martial arts expert and claims the title of Number One Under Heaven. After the battle, her name as Number One Under Heaven spreads throughout the martial world, and everyone regards her with reverence. She has no title as Alliance Leader, but wields the authority of one. When she gives an order, no one dares disobey. Yet just then, Yu Yinglong vanishes from the martial world. She leaves behind only a letter passing on her position as sect leader, and from then on, she is nowhere to be found. Within Jianshan Sect, one of the five great sects, there is a tiny, overlooked branch hall that nobody cares about. The hall is lazy and excels at slacking off. Its disciples have mastered all sorts of tricks, like goofing off at work and eating on the clock. The hall is also inept and low-ranking. Under Jianshan Sect's system, it sits at the very bottom of the hierarchy. So nobody notices when, one day, it takes in a new disciple who is ordinary and unknown, named Yu Chahu. When Yu Chahu first arrives at the hall, she still has a few bad habits from her old life of risking her neck in the martial world. She thinks food is only for filling your stomach, even if it tastes awful, and that work should be finished as quickly as possible. She is completely out of place in the hall. Fortunately, her senior brothers and sisters patiently teach her, and Yu Chahu soon learns the hall's traditions. She learns to slack off at work, clock in before going to eat, and becomes a fully qualified disciple who knows how to take it easy. No matter how insignificant the hall may be, it is still part of the martial world. Its members enjoy telling stories about the Number One Under Heaven, and most of them admire Yu Yinglong. So Yu Chahu has to be careful every day, lest she reveal her martial skills or run into someone she used to know. Because this seemingly unremarkable young disciple, Yu Chahu, is actually... Yu Yinglong. P.S. The chapter titles are for laughs. The prose itself is like this blurb: pure wuxia. The titles do mean what they say, though. There's a bit of dry humor, but I wouldn't call it a silly comedy. It's a lighthearted story with a central plot. Theme: Luck is not the whole of one's strength. It takes personal effort, too, to make a better tomorrow.
