[Greek Mythology] The Eternal Throne

After a space-time factor engine explodes, Nidhogg transmigrates into the monster Typhon. He kindles divine fire, sheds his monstrous body, and transforms into a god. But he won't sink into a life of comfort. In the world of the gods, you either advance or fall behind. To become immortal and escape the threads of fate, he must seize even greater power. God, High God, primordial god: he'll climb the ranks one step at a time. He'll pursue the eternal divine throne and make the name Nidhogg renowned. He will be immortal. An ode: When the gatekeeper of the underworld knocks upon the bronze ring, twelve black horses draw the night down into the veins of the earth. You sit in a magnificent temple, turning the discarded corpse into a passage between life and death. You were once a child of the primordial age. Now, you are the primordial age itself. You hold the power of reincarnation in your hands, and the spirits of all things adorn your crown. The spindle of fate cannot trace the unknown threads of destiny. You are master of the winds, creator and ruler of monsters. In the sea, the sky, and the underworld, you stand as an equal to kings. Your obsidian throne gleams with light. Mint and narcissus kiss your pale ankles. Your fingertips brush across Proto's brow and eyes. You have won the love of the King of the Underworld, and not by the golden arrow alone. Stars stud the dome of Elysium. Each shining coordinate is an anchor to another world. You become a dragon, your venomous fangs striking at the lifeline of another world. The blood of the Norse gods congeals into salt on the star map, while your desire is a storm that never ceases, sweeping away every mote of stardust. Nidhogg, you are more immortal than immortality itself. P.S. The cover is Caravaggio's The Lute Player. Theme: Nidhogg, the serpent that encircles the world
