The Witch and Thumbelina

[A short story of twenty to thirty thousand characters, lighthearted, no angst, not contracted]

In the 21st century, an era that values scientific development, vampires have become beauty bloggers, and werewolves have taken up work as police-dog trainers.

The witches, meanwhile, still uphold the tradition of gathering in a secret castle every full moon to show off the rare treasures they have found.

Witch A: "Look, a black cat that can dance disco."

Witch B: "Look, a moonflower that spits out gemstones."

Witch C: "Look, pearls made from mermaid tears."

Gu Silin brought out an exorcist the size of her thumb. "Look, this is my Thumbelina."

A fun, whimsical story, lighthearted and silly, with no angst. Set in a modern urban fantasy world, with plenty of original worldbuilding and monsters running wild. Don't take it too seriously.
