The Sawada Family's Apprentice Witch

[Main story complete, dig in! A little sweet treat for about the price of a cup of Mixue ice cream!]

By tradition, witches leave home to train independently. With the times changing, everyone prefers to stay with a reliable distant relative.

And so, Mubata Kiyori came to live with the Sawada family.

The household was lively and warm,

and though her training progressed at a leisurely pace, it was going well enough.

Auntie Nana's cooking is amazing!

Her childhood friend Tsunayoshi, with his gentle, adorable nature, has been just as cute as ever for ten years!

Is this heaven?

I want to apply for permanent residency with the Sawada family!

Auntie... what do I need to do to start calling you Mom?

At last, Kiyori couldn't hold back and made a move on her childhood friend. She confessed first and got herself a sweet, gentle boyfriend.

But after they'd enjoyed a few blissful days of dating, her boyfriend entered his chuunibyou phase at full speed.

Staying out all night, covered in wounds... Even if it's to help her get more practice making potions, isn't that going too far?

Disappearing without warning, his whereabouts a mystery. If this keeps up, she'll turn bad and end up planting a wiretap on Tsuna like her friend did!

After looking into it, it seemed her boyfriend had been dragged into some strange incidents against his will.

Kiyori raised her broom. A knack for getting caught up in trouble was no big deal. Whoever interfered with her free meals or her cuddles with her boyfriend would get smacked.

* The idea of witches leaving home to train as adults was inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's Kiki's Delivery Service. The heroine's magic system takes inspiration from Flying Witch and Cardcaptor Sakura. She's an ordinary little genius at magic.

* This is my kind of sweet romance, completely illogical. If it's not for you, please click away.
