My Almost-Ex Gets Too Deep into His Role

Synopsis: Xin Lu met her husband, Lin Xuan, on a blind date.

She was a CEO by profession and a workaholic. As it happened, Lin Xuan was too, a star investment banker.

They hit it off well enough and planned to get married just to appease their elders.

And with Lin Xuan's deceptively handsome face, Xin Lu had just one thought at the time:

No matter what, I can't lose!

But after they married, Xin Lu learned the secret behind this glamorous man's image.

He was actually an actor, and a method actor to boot. It was perfectly normal for him to remain immersed in a role for months after wrapping a show.

The polite, composed man she'd met on their blind date had just finished playing an investment banker in a business-war drama.

And the man who had suddenly appeared in her office, clinging to her leg and calling her "big sister," then pouting and crying if she wouldn't kiss him, was playing the younger puppy-like male lead in the latest modern romance series.

And his breed was a teddy bear!

Three months later.

Xin Lu produced a divorce agreement and offered him a friendly reminder:

If you're sick, get treatment!

But the man, who had just finished playing a stay-at-home husband in a family drama, secretly signed them up for a famous mediation show, hoping to resolve their marital conflict.

When she saw the invitation from the show's production team on her desk,

the woman in question could only say she regretted it. She really regretted it!
