Meet Me on the Rooftop

[Thanks for adding this to your favorites. The print edition, under the same title, is now available. Please check it out~] At the start of the new semester, Xu Yuan, the darling of the neighborhood, discovers that a new roommate has moved in. And that roommate is none other than Yuan Yao, the childhood playmate he hated most. The little brother who used to fight with him as a child has grown up. He's become a loner, covered in injuries, and especially annoying. Before Xu Yuan can declare war on Yuan Yao, the other boy strikes first and lays down "Four Rules" Rule One: Don't act like you know me at school. Rule Two: Don't act like you know me anywhere outside school. Rule Three: Don't let anyone else know we live together. Rule Four: If anything comes up, meet me on the rooftop. Xu Yuan refuses to comply: "Too long. Didn't read." Yuan Yao is full of himself: "Stay away from me." [Cool, independent, lone-wolf top with a powerful sense of security x a soft-hearted, adorable sunshine bottom] [Guardian deity and the one he protects] The top and bottom have a fake-brotherly (love) relationship. Childhood friends turn into unexpected housemates. School life. From "Don't wait for me after school" to "Let's go home together after school." ◎ My recently completed novel, The River Runs Against the Current, is available in my profile: two strong leads, bodyguard x young master. ◎ My ongoing school-life novel, The Boy Looks Back, is also in my profile. Theme: Then I'll hold you very carefully.
