Tiangou passes the demolition bureau's recruitment exam and joins the demolition team.
With her outstanding work skills, she demolishes every home she owns in the demon realm and is promoted to team leader.
“Dad, Mom, ancestors, I didn't mean to tear down our home. I really couldn't help it, given the demands of the job.” And tearing things down is just so much fun. She can't stop her hands from running wild.
Fortunately, all her ancestors have passed away, so nobody can stop her.
But Tiangou forgets that there's a powerful demon in the realm, one who is every bit the equal of her ancestors and can shake the whole demon realm with a single stomp.
In an act of sheer recklessness, she starts demolishing that demon's home.
Yinglong has lived in seclusion for years. When he hears that the little Tiangou next door has recently been overseeing demolition work across the demon realm, he has no intention of interfering.
That is, until he sees a husky directing an excavator as it fills in his beloved Half-Moon Pool, turning it into a flat piece of land.
Maintaining as much dignity as an elder as he can, he asks, “Who gave you permission to touch this pool?”
The little Tiangou doesn't seem to recognize him. She rudely shoves a contract at him and scolds him for signing the demolition agreement and then acting like a holdout.
After reading the contract, Yinglong is so angry he laughs. “You demolished Moon-Half Pool. What does that have to do with my Half-Moon Pool?”
The youngsters these days aren't just in need of a good scolding. They can't see straight, either.
He decides to teach his old friend's demolition-happy husky a lesson.
At first, Yinglong lays down a long list of rules for Tiangou, forbidding her from doing this and that.
Eventually, only one rule remains: Don't go bouncing around recklessly in his heart.
