My other ongoing story, My Wife Wants Me to Call Him Husband, is next door. Sweet readers, please tap the bookmark button! It opens on August 3!
Synopsis:
When Yao Xingtong was still in her mother's womb, her grandmother had someone tell her fortune. They said that if the baby wasn't a boy, the Yao family line would die out.
To avoid being looked down on, her mother bribed the midwife. As soon as Yao Xingtong was born, she was dressed as a boy and became the family's "eldest grandson."
When she grew up, she and her mother were worrying about how she could carry on the Yao family line when the governor personally chose her to become a live-in son-in-law.
Rumor had it that Gu Luan, the governor's only daughter, stood eight chi tall. If anyone upset her, she could knock out a whole row of their teeth with one punch.
Yao Xingtong: I'm doomed.
Under the expectant gaze of her whole family, she put on a bright red wedding robe, legs trembling, and made her way to the governor's mansion amid gongs and drums. There, she married the beautiful young lady who was even taller than she was.
On their wedding night, she gritted her teeth and climbed onto the bed, only to be kicked off by a half-drunk Gu Luan.
Gu Luan: Our marriage was arranged by our parents and matchmakers. We have no feelings for each other, and we will never consummate it!
Yao Xingtong: Meow meow meow? There's such a good deal?
The governor and the current emperor are good "friends." Before the governor's wife was even pregnant, the emperor decreed that if she had a son, he would be given to a palace consort to raise, train in martial arts alongside the crown prince, and send to guard the border and die for the country.
The governor: That is absolutely not happening.
So when Gu Luan was born, the whole family raised her as a girl.
The family lived in fear until Gu Luan came of age. When it was time for her to marry, they still couldn't bring themselves to actually "marry" her off.
After searching high and low, they fixed their sights on the frailest person in the whole prefecture, who could also serve as a live-in son-in-law: the Yao family's eldest grandson.
Gu Luan: Even if this man figures out the truth, I can still punch him flat!
Everyone in the governor's family treated Yao Xingtong well. Gu Luan most of all. She just wouldn't share a bed with her. She let her eat all the good food and play with whatever she wanted, and was so polite she never even held her hand.
As Yao Xingtong ate, drank, and enjoyed herself, she couldn't help wondering if Gu Luan had some unspoken problem. Or maybe she had someone on the side, and had married her just to ward off gossip?
If they didn't have a child soon, people outside would start saying she was impotent.
But Gu Luan kept saying, "No rush, no rush."
So Yao Xingtong began secretly following Gu Luan around.
Only after spying on Gu Luan in the latrine did she finally discover the secret behind their failure to consummate the marriage.
Help! Her good "wife" was actually a man!
Now that her long-hidden secret had been discovered, Gu Luan raised her sleeve, ready to kill the witness.
But the "husband" cowering beneath her suddenly lifted her skirt, shut her eyes, and called out in a sweet voice, "Husband."
Gu Luan: Meow meow meow? There's such a good deal?

A few things to know:
1. Set in an alternate historical world, with original elements.
2. Please point out any logic problems! Thank you!
3. This is my first time writing, and I'm not very good at pacing yet. The story starts slowly, so please bear with me~
Theme: Kindness is a virtue that must never be extinguished
TmThe copywriting I've been reading for so long is actually from another novel (▼ plate▼#)
It's been a long time since I've seen a time-traveling heroine who suffers physical and physical pain. In the first few chapters, she was behind a prison and tortured her own fingers. Now she has to endure the shock of her head and have to wear hairpins that are crazy. It's not easy.
It's so strange. Why does the male protagonist suddenly like the female protagonist? It's so unexpected.
So what happened to those two memories that disappeared? Does the prince like her in the original form or in her current form? Is this the end?
It's okay, not bad. Anyway, I can watch it
Is it possible that Xiao Yu was reborn?? Weird?
Oh my God, how could this happen?! I'm embarrassed that I have cancer hahahaha
Is there a role for the little palace maid in the future?
Come on, madam. Hurry up and write the duck after pre-order.
So I will marry myself from now on
