After the Battle of Souls, the archmage Raistlin entered the River of Souls, but he could not find true peace. Instead, he was reborn in a place called Earth. His new life begins with a search for magic [Warning] This is a work born of my nostalgia after rereading Dragonlance and being dragged off to watch Harry Potter 6. The premise is that the black-robed archmage Raistlin is reborn in the era of the Harry Potter story. [Statement] The inspiration for this crossover between two classic novels came from the one who lives in the present day and “must not be named.” I think many of the vague details in Harry Potter could be explored, and that story was far too short to satisfy me... So this novel was born. [Note] Rabbit Raistlin is the author's number-one favorite. Since the archmage doesn't know the plot, and the magic system he knows is very different from that of the Harry Potter wizarding world, the story may occasionally get a little pseudo-academic, so feel free to skim those parts. Also, the archmage's intelligence and experience are terrifyingly high, so for the sake of balance, I haven't given him much magical power... That leaves room for him to grow, right? Constantly striving for greater power is exactly what Rabbit Raistlin ought to do! Finally, even if you haven't read Dragonlance, you can still follow the story just fine (I'll add explanations where needed).
