Synopsis

This child is clever, but too sweet and tame. That child is obedient, with just the right amount of possessiveness. Doma looked over the children he'd raised, picking and choosing, but none ever quite satisfied him. Not one was enough like his own child, or made him feel what he had when he first raised Kaigaku. He stared at the child Mori Ogai had brought to his doorstep and sighed once again. If he had sinned, God should punish him, instead of making a child pout and say, “I don't want a male mommy.” Theme: With faith in your heart, you will find strength beneath your feet.
