Is It Wrong to Summon Heroic Spirits at the Golden Palace in Rome?

Different worlds have different histories, so naturally their Heroic Spirits are different too. But after accepting the idea of Nero as a tsundere cross-dressing beauty, I suddenly summoned a mad, tyrannical pretty boy... Help! Can someone hold back this troublemaker who specializes in attacking people's faith? Warning: this Nero isn't simply gender-swapped. He's closer to the tyrant found in historical accounts. The pairing is tentatively Gilgamesh. His Noble Phantasm is “The Burning City of Rome.” For a standard release, he only needs to shout, “Burn together with my Rome!” I haven't figured out the full release yet. A quick introduction to His Majesty: he is the “Great Beast” from the Bible, and he once killed Saint Peter and Saint Paul. He had Christians tied to pillars in his garden and burned as torches. Accused of treason, he killed all his accusers. Rather than solve any problems, he got rid of everyone who raised them. He fell in love with a beautiful young man, had him castrated, and married him as his empress. When Rome was engulfed in flames, he stood nearby, watching and singing “The Fall of Troy.” He killed his mother and several of his wives, and even performed as a man conquered by another man, marrying him as a result (Bride Nero). Later generations strayed from the truth by destroying records and poems about him, pursuing a policy of erasing him from history. But his madness led to both his downfall and his immortality. Remembered as a notorious tyrant, he earned a place on the Throne of Heroes. His current class is Berserker. (That's why I think Chapter Two, “The Everlasting Lunatic Empire,” suits a mad Nero better!) Theme: Lessons learned along the path to maturity
