These Generations Don't Add Up

Blurb One:

When Yan Jing'an returned to this continent, a small mishap threw a wrench in his plans to find his little disciple.

After being sent to Fengming City as a candidate bride for the Immortal Venerable, he discovered that the current Immortal Venerable was the very disciple he'd been looking for!

Great, he'd found his disciple, but wasn't their seniority a little backward?

Still...

"I'm very picky about food."

Xiao Zeyu: "I'll cook!"

"Wine?"

Xiao Zeyu: "I'll brew it!"

"So many of these ingredients look good!"

"I'll buy them!"

Fine, then! Since you're so obedient, I suppose the seniority being backward doesn't matter!

Here's the latest version of the blurb. I'd like to know which one everyone thinks is better.

Blurb Two:

The legendary Immortal Venerable, as cold as ice, has taken a young male cultivator as his Dao companion.

I hear the Immortal Venerable's Dao companion is vain.

---The first time he met the Xiao family patriarch, he called him "big brother."

I hear the Immortal Venerable's Dao companion is arrogant.

---He even scolded the Immortal Venerable's father when they met.

I hear the Immortal Venerable's Dao companion is domineering.

---He ruined the talent of an outstanding Xiao family disciple for no reason, yet the Immortal Venerable still protects him and won't let anyone lay a finger on him.

I hear the Immortal Venerable's Dao companion holds a grudge.

---You don't have to hear it. He really does hold a grudge.

I hear the Immortal Venerable's Dao companion is a big shot?

Make way for the big shot!!!

Theme: It's actually a story about two people who secretly love each other, then make their love public.
