Song Yazi opens his eyes in a rage, looks at the wound on his hand, catches the fleeing starving ghost, and takes several bites out of its soul before chewing and swallowing it. "Bite me, will you? Go on, bite me again!" The starving ghost (struck out), now a one-third-starved ghost, shudders and collapses.
